The debut release from the year 2000 by then-Tennessee punks From Ashes Rise is now back in print, remastered by frontman Brad Boatright. From Ashes Rise was born from the same scene that birthed bands like His Hero Is Gone and Deathreat, provided a crushing brand of hardcore/D-beat/punk that borrowed from schools of metal, Scandinavian, and Japanese hardcore, and infused hints of melody and political lyrics to create a mixture that would plow over the globe via seemingly relentless touring. Albums from the band would eventually pop up on Jade Tree and Havoc. Now available again on vinyl with remastered audio.
